Australian Pairs
Here are the results of our Mackenzie Park LBC Australian Pairs tournament. It was held on Saturday during the Labor Day weekend and attracted teams from several different clubs from the SWD. Along with other familiar faces, you will notice a team from PIMD, Larry Murphy with partner, Neil Lyttle who took 2nd Place on the Joslyn Green. The 3rd Place team in that group are from the Oxnard LBC, the Winners were Sam De Lisle (MPLBC) with Dick Rivera, from Santa Maria LBC. The 3rd Place team on the Adams Green, Brian Davies & Phil Dunn are from Santa Monica LBC. You'll recognise the 2nd Place team from Mackenzie Park LBC, Father & Son, Tom & Loren Dion. And the 1st Place Winners in that group were Liam Courtney (Pasadena LBC) & Mary De Lisle (MPLBC)

Northeast Division Open Triples ( 6 teams ) 8/4-5/07 |

Finally Alhambra L. B. C. Wins 2007 Southwest Division Waterbury trophy
This years team captained by Houdini Ho, and comprised of five more of Alhambra's best, David Childs, Bill Reidy, Kay Tong, Duane Marcus and Gary Jones topped a strong field in this year's Waterbury played October 7th. The Waterbury is a perpetual trophy awarded each year to the winner of an eight game round robin triples competition between the four other Southwest Division League champions.After thirty-three years, and by the end of the day Alhambra had captured the Waterbury.
